Operation Cold Turkey - Day 1

on my new doctor's instructions....i've got to cut back on caffeine...

EDIT: OK, STOOPID idea! that was never gonna work! massive, and i mean MASSIVE energy slump yesterday afternoon saw to that ;)
operation no caffeine > 4pm is now in full effect :D
